About us

HumanDoc Foundation

We are a group of film-makers, TV journalists and social animators fully committed to work on socially engaged television and documentary film projects.

We believe that, nowadays, media play a key role in motivating prosocial behaviour and creating new trends.

By cooperating with various types of media we aim to inspire people, as together we can bring positive changes to lives of vulnerable communities all around the world. Our main activities include media education and support for the projects concerning global development (mainly: the idea of development itself, the correlation between Global South and Global North, conflict solving, ecology, human rights, promoting democratic values, fighting poverty and social alienation, as well as the execution of United Nations Millennium Development Goals, accepted by Polish government)

What do we do?
• We organize HumanDOC International Documentary Film Festival “Global Development in Cinema”
• We make documentaries and TV reportages.
• We cooperate with Polish media by promoting our films and ideas.
• We are fully committed to various educational projects. We organize workshops on media.
• We share our experience with other organizations by helping them with their own media projects.
